Auto loading unloading system
True Cold-Chain’s freeze dryers feature an automated loading and unloading system, significantly reducing labor requirements and time. Products are loaded onto trays on trolleys, which are then suspended from an overhead monorail system, allowing for swift transfer between areas such as the IQF room, freeze dryer, and cleaning facilities.
Water-Based Shelf Heating System
Our freeze dryers utilize a water-based shelf heating system that ensures uniform temperatures across the shelves, essential for the sublimation process. Heat is transferred from heated water circulated through sandwich-style heat plates, preventing product contamination from fluid leaks.
Radiative Heating Method
Material trays are positioned between two heat plates in the drying chamber, where radiative heating efficiently transfers heat energy to the frozen products. The heat plates, made of aluminum alloy for high heat conductivity, ensure precise temperature control and uniformity.
Modular Sub-Systems Design
All key components, including vacuum pumps, refrigeration compressors, fluid pumps, and heating modules, are modularized and located outside the product chamber. This design simplifies production, transportation, installation, and maintenance, while the use of international components ensures quality and performance.
Pre-Freezing IQF Room
Each freeze dryer is paired with an IQF room for pre-freezing, optimizing the freeze-drying process. The dual-suite system allows for concurrent pre-freezing and freeze-drying, saving valuable time per batch.
Advanced Industrial Control System
Our freeze dryers are equipped with a state-of-the-art PLC and user-friendly HMI for comprehensive control, interlock checks, and real-time monitoring. The system provides process alarms, drying data logs, and various operating modes, ensuring the protection and efficiency of the freeze-drying operation.
